Please note that all account adjustments must be submitted in writing on or before the 25th of the month in order to take effect the upcoming billing cycle. This may be delivered to iTAN in person at your local salon, via iTAN’s Contact Us Form, a direct email to memberrelations@itan.com or via U.S. certified mail to our home office.
