I've been coming to Itan in Poway for a year, and it's literally my home away from home. I'm a dedicated spa user and have been to MANY Itans in the area. Trust me. This location is, by far, the best. You'll get a solid education in products, immaculate & relatively peaceful experience, and top-notch technology for skin health, especially with the Fit Bodwrap, my go-to for detox. The staff is outstanding; the most caring, sweet, and well-informed group of young women cycle through this location, which sets an example for other locations in the franchise. The new manager Sophia is fantastic; Courtney, Tess, Caroline & Sydney are awesome, and the former manger, Capri, was also outstanding. Hard to believe they are almost all teenagers, because the place is run better than most corporations! Truly a model of customer service. Love this community gem and the staff!

New to the tanning scene. Male client. Friendly place. Fresh Smiles. Clean. The Beauty Angel and stand up are my go to machines. 20 minutes total to feel invigorated. They have more beneficial services that are yet to be experienced.

I absolutely love going to Itan in Poway. The cleanest and most professional Itan I have gone to. The Salon Director, Kapri, is very kind and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service! Friendly staff very caring... Excellent knowledge of equipment (regardless of machine acting up.) and products I really like the rejuvenating red light with full facial mask!The 4 staff members I've met are amazing!

Love this place, and all the people that work there. Sara is adorable and the sweetest thing. She is probably my favorite, but all the girls are knowledgeable and really nice. The place is always clean, and it’s very convenient. If there’s is a wait, it’s never for too long. I love it!!

My first experience was wonderful! I had only exploring and did not go in to purchase anything, but after reading snd listening to staff snd clients, I tried the SWEAT BAG followed by IPL Light facial treatment. ... clean, efficient, comfortable and I saw results!! Going back regularly for a month to determine if results add more value with multiple sessions??!! Loved the staff!

I like going in to tan then all the other things they have to do for my skin are great and feel amazing. 6 months later now I want to cancel my membership but I am still getting changed on my credit card, I am having a hard time getting someone that can help me I am unhappy now, don’t know what to do please cancel my membership I will not be back! I take back the stars

Update: I received a call from the district manager regarding my experiences and concerns. Following our conversation, I am optimistic about keeping my membership at this point and hope that their corporate offices will take steps to make the credit card system better quickly.********I have been a member since 2011 primarily going to the UTC location which was for the most part - friendly, efficient and clean. I moved to Poway about a year ago and started coming to this location which has continued to go downhill and is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, this review is long overdue.Many of the girls here are not friendly (excluding Brooke who has been lovely) and seem annoyed when customers walk in. I use the Mystic tan booth weekly so I cannot speak for the rest of the beds, however it is consistently dirty and they are often out of towels or wipes and often almost out of lotion so I can only guess people's hands have been inside the lotion bottle (ew!) On more than one occasion, I have had to wait to tan after checking in when an employee was getting off work and "was going to be really quick"....are you kidding me?On multiple occasions, I have been charged more than once on my credit card. I have been on auto debit since I began my membership here so it's baffling how all of a sudden, there are multiple charges and confusion around the same card I have used for years. When I checked my credit card statement, I realized I have been charged more than once. This happened again with product. Then again with a charge that didn't even belong to me. My visit this morning prompted me to finally write this review. Wipes were out. Again. The Mystic tan booth was filthy and wet with dirty water. Again. I overheard a member struggling with the girl at the front desk who was saying her card didn't go through and she was being told that her card could have been charged multiple times - which I am taking as confirmation that this wasn't just happening to me. I have had the manager at this store call me several times as she worked to clear up duplicate charges that were never explained to me as she seemed to be as mystified as I was of these random charges. In her defense, she was friendly and apologetic.I understand that there are limited options for tanning salons in Poway and it is clear that the owner of this iTan location knows this and could care less about customer service or cleanliness. I am guessing this is a District Manager or owner issue. With all the challenges I have had here, no one above the store manager has called me directly to follow up. Being a member here has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this location and am on the search for other options at this point.

I love this place. I have a monthly membership that allows me to use all the awesome services! They have tanning beds, red light therapy, beauty bed, a sauna steam bed, body wrap detox, mystic spray tan, and a few others. It's a highlight of my week to go in. The staff is beyond wonderful, they are super informative and make you feel comfortable. Overall A+

I think Itan is the best salon of its kind and all the employees are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable....at all the locations! I highly recommend to relax and enjoy the services at the spas as you improve your appearance.

I absolutely love this place. GREAT experience, the staff were super friendly!! especially the new manager Lesly. The body wrap is probably the best thing ever! I wasn't sure about it at first, but Lesly told me all about it and some of her history with it and I had to try it.its probably the best Tanning salon I have ever been too.its nice and clean so I totally recommend it!ENJOY
