Love this place. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, products are amazing and give great results. Facilities are normally clean too, only thing that is difficult is parking at times but def worth it. Best part of my day is coming here to Tan!

This place was amazing! First time getting a tan so obvi I was very nervous but the gals made the process extremely easy and were very kind to answer allll of my questions. Will definitely be back :)

iTAN Downtown exceeded my expectations! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Serra, the manager, took care of me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to those needing a nice and even tan!

Free Parking. You can park in the Ralph's park lot if all else fails but I have never had to do that, they have 20 minute spots in front of the location and I'm in there for less than that.It's a small location but they have everything.

I love this place! it’s definitely going to be my go to for spray tans from now on! RaeAnne was especially helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and confident about getting my first spray tan! my spray came out perfect! definitely going to recommend this salons to everyone!!!

This place , out of all the itans , really goes above and beyond to effort the quality of ones needs.Although, franchise like all itans are ,I found that I live closer to this one as I have membership that includes all itans . This one ,the girls were humble and eager to help . I even found that I could use some internet which other itans do not have .u need to hotspot at other places .KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES IN DOWNTOWN ITAN !!

I always experience friendly, clean and quick service when I go. I have been a member since 2012 and am never disappointed with my results. The downtown location is very close and convenient to lots of Gaslamp and San Diego Bay fun!!!

Although this location doesn't have all the services I would like such as the hydration station, the staff more than makes up for it in customer service. My first visit to this store was when I was a new customer. I only had gym clothes and a mobile payment which didn't work to start my membership. Micah, the wonderful woman behind the counter still let me do a tanning session and allowed me to come the following day to officially begin my membership. She was very nice and understanding. This facility is always very clean and inviting. I will definitely remain a customer and will visit often! Thanks, Micah!

This place was phenomenal!! I have been to almost if not every itan that is in California and all I have to say is “wow” these gals treat you like you are a guest in their home. I want to thank all three of them for finally treating me like I am somebody. Micah, Davian’s and Amanda. They even treated my dog nice ( service animal). The place was clean. All in all just a very up lifting extra 💜.
