7 Hacks to Stay Slim During the Holidays

The heart of the holidays is upon us, and finding ways to stay slim may not be at the top of your holiday to-do list. As your calendar fills up with soirées and shindigs, it’s important to look and feel your best as you reunite with family members or meet potential in-laws for the first time.

Go ahead and indulge yourself with these 7 hacks to stay slim during the most food-filled time of year.

1. Save Your Calories

There’s no doubt that the holidays call for celebrating, but you can save calories by drinking a nonalcoholic drink (AKA water) in between wine and cocktails. If you’re enjoying a glass of champagne, have a glass of water in between sips. Try to stick to spirits and wine, especially since they have far less calories than beer and cocktails.
