10-Minute Workouts for Busy Women {That Really Work}

Having no time to workout; we know what it feels like! If you’re like a lot of us, you have a full day of classes or a full-time job that leaves for little “me time.” When and if you have a little “me time,” it’s spent taking care of your family or catching up with friends. It’s so common to lose sight of staying active, so we rounded up a few 10-minute workouts for busy women that really work.

Here’s our top four favorite 10-minute workouts:
1. Jump Rope – Cardio
We love jump rope exercises because they’re a challenging, yet fun way to work up a sweat in very little time, and there are several ways to mix it up. There’s a lot at play while jumping rope: first making sure you don’t trip on the rope, all while working your legs and stabilizing your shoulders. Starting off with a 10-minute routine is more than enough to burn calories and get your body going. Plus, you can find a quality jump rope for less than $20.

2. Abs Workout
Sitting in a desk all day is probably the least kind thing to your abs. Unless you have perfect posture, a desk can reduce your core strength, and hurt your back and neck. Strengthening your abs even for just 10 minutes a day can help prevent long-term issues. We prefer standing ab workouts because they can be done at home before bed or first thing in the morning, and don’t require any fancy gym equipment.

3. Full-Body Workout
We’re big fans of the BBG movement led by Instagram superstar Kayla Itsines. Her 28-minute workouts are more than enough to leave seasoned fitness lovers feeling sore in the best way possible. Her routines promise fast results that can be accomplished at-home or in the gym.

4. Skincare and Exercise
